The Vengeance team has come together with Keil­w­erth Audio to bring you this year’s kick syn­the­sizer. It’s based on lay­er­ing and mix­ing var­i­ous drum­sam­ples together and putting them through effects to give you a totally new kick­drum. The mar­ket­ing focuses on cre­at­ing a kick that suits your track, rather than the other way around. The plu­gin should be released this week­end and co-creator Manuel Schleis has announced on his forum that the cost of this plu­gin will be around €100-€150 (~£90-£135).

I think it looks rather promis­ing, but I’ll wait to judge until I’ve actu­ally had the chance to sit down and try it out. What do you think about this?
